Shop On By is partners with manufacturers and craftsmen globally, some of our products are not stocked locally and are shipped directly from one of our suppliers, which can be from different countries. When possible we provided order tracking information upon shipment of an order. Unfortunately, in instances, some of our global suppliers are unable to provide tracking numbers for orders.

Here’re some frequently asked questions from like customers:


1. Will I receive any order confirmation details after payment is made?

Yes. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received and being processed. Once the processing completes, you will receive a second email update from us that your order has completed. It usually takes no longer than a weeks time to complete an order and get ready for overseas shipment.


2. How long does delivery of an order take?

Your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive because we ship directly from our overseas partners. Please do not panic if your order does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂


Please allow up to 2-5 weeks on promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping.


3. How much is shipping?

It depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and the location we’re shipping to.


4. Can I have my item’s tracking number?

Our global suppliers do not provide any tracking numbers, but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if there is any problem with your order.


5. I ordered 2 or more items but only received 1… Where’s the rest of my orders?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in our warehouse. Your orders may be shipped separately when you order multiple items at a time. There are no worries as you may receive one item before the next. The remaining orders are on their way!


6. What is your return policy?

We want to provide our customer a risk-free shopping experience. All products purchased are under the protection of our Refunds Policy lasting for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days. Any products that are intended to be refunded are subjected to our Refunds Policy and Terms of Service. It is advisable for you to know these details before requesting a refund.
